Join us for the 2024 TIP Group NFP Round Table Series, co-hosted with Clime Investment Management.
Over ten monthly sessions, our speakers will share their knowledge and experience as current NFP executives to help you drive the success of your organisation. Some of the topics we covered last year included:
- Board governance
- Executive leadership
- Finding new sources of funds
- Managing a volunteer workforce
- Regulatory compliance
- Reducing overheads and costs
- Success stories and best practice
This series will conclude with a cocktail event where speakers and attendees will have an opportunity to network and share their ideas and experiences in an informal environment.
